When Great Lakes Exploration Group, LLC,
(GLEG) approached us, they faced
a major communication challenge.

GLEG had discovered a submerged
vessel in northern Lake Michigan
that could be Le Griffon, a fabled
ship that was lost on its maiden voyage in 1679. Although GLEG had followed the regular legal processes to protect its right to explore and possibly raise the wreck, they ran into a legal road block-the State of Michigan opposed the filing and demanded total control.
